MEET YOUR BUILDING TEAM
Experience That Brings Confidence

Since 2008, we have built architecturally ambitious homes across a range of settings, from established neighborhoods to mountain and lakefront properties. Our experience allows us to anticipate challenges, protect quality, and guide critical decisions with clarity. We’re proud to have earned multiple Greater Atlanta Home Builders OBIE Awards, including 2025 Gold and 2023 Gold and Silver, along with Georgia Business Journal Best of Georgia honors every year since 2021. While these recognitions are meaningful, the trust of our clients remains our most important measure of success.

Redding Exterior Project

Luxury Homes Built Around Vision, Craft, and Trust

Since 2008, our work has been defined by thoughtful collaboration and a relentless focus on quality. Led by founders Ryan Locke and Tony Bondhus, we create homes distinguished by clean architectural lines, expansive glass, structural steel elements, and light-filled spaces designed for modern living. No two homes, and no two clients, are the same. Our role is to listen carefully, lead with experience, and deliver a finished home that feels both personal and enduring.

Luxury Home Builder in Atlanta, GA

There is no substitute for experience in custom building. Since 2008, we have refined the systems, relationships, and construction knowledge needed to deliver high-end homes with consistency. Over the years, we have worked on architecturally ambitious residences that demand close coordination and strong technical understanding, especially when incorporating specialty materials, intricate details, and open, light-filled layouts.
